1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "User," "you," or "your") and Premium Launcher ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Premium Launcher platform ("Platform") and subscription services.

By accessing or using our Platform, creating an account, or subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform or our services.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Service Description

Premium Launcher provides access to premium launch submission services across four platforms: Aura++ (auraplusplus.com), Earlyhunt (earlyhunt.com), Indiehunt (indiehunt.io), and Uno Directory (uno.directory). Your subscription includes:

• Unlimited product launches across all 4 platforms
• License key valid for all 4 platforms (Aura++, Earlyhunt, Indiehunt, Uno Directory)
• Access to bulk submissions feature on each platform
• One license key activation per platform for unlimited bulk submissions

2.2 Launch Submission Process

Product submissions are done directly on each platform (Aura++, Earlyhunt, Indiehunt, Uno Directory). Each platform has a bulk submissions feature that requires your license key to be activated. Once you activate your license key on a platform, you can use their bulk submissions interface to submit unlimited products. You must submit products separately on each platform where you want them to appear.

2.3 License Key System

With an active subscription, you receive a unique license key that is valid for all 4 platforms. You must activate this license key separately on each platform (Aura++, Earlyhunt, Indiehunt, Uno Directory) to unlock their bulk submissions feature. The license key is valid for as long as your subscription remains active. When your subscription ends or is canceled, the license key becomes invalid and bulk submissions access will be revoked on all platforms.

You can activate the same license key on all four platforms simultaneously. Each platform validates the key independently to grant you access to their bulk submissions feature.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Subscription Pricing

Our subscription is offered at a monthly rate of $100 USD per month. This subscription provides unlimited launches across all four platforms for the duration of your active subscription.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Polar, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

3.3 Billing Cycle

Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date you initially subscribed. You will be charged $100 USD for each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at hi@premiumlauncher.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods after cancellation.

If you experience issues with our services, please contact us at hi@premiumlauncher.com. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns, which may include service credits or adjustments, but cash refunds for past billing periods will not be provided.

4. Account and User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Launch Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information about each product you launch, including product name, website URL, description, and tagline. Each product you submit for launch must:

• Be legally owned or operated by you
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not promote illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Be a legitimate product, service, or tool (not spam or scams)

4.3 Product Submissions

You cannot launch the same product multiple times. Each product can only be launched once per platform. Product submissions are handled directly by each platform according to their own policies and approval processes. Premium Launcher is not responsible for the approval, rejection, or publication decisions made by individual platforms.

Each platform operates independently and has its own content standards, approval processes, and terms of service. You must comply with each platform's individual requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your product names, logos, and brand materials. By submitting a launch, you grant us and the individual platforms (Aura++, Earlyhunt, Indiehunt, Uno Directory) a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your product name, logo, website content, and product information for the purpose of displaying your launch on their platforms.

5.2 License Key Usage

Your license key is personal to you and your subscription. You may not share, transfer, or resell your license key. Each license key is tied to your account and subscription status. Unauthorized sharing or use of license keys may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

5.3 Platform Rights

The Premium Launcher platform, including its design, code, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Premium Launcher and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Platform without written permission.

6. Service Modifications and Termination

6.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of significant changes that may affect their subscription benefits. We may add or remove platforms from our service with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your launches contain illegal or harmful content
• We receive valid legal complaints about your products
• You share or misuse your license key
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• We determine that continuing your subscription would harm our reputation

In such cases, your subscription will be terminated immediately, your license key will be revoked, and no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

6.3 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at hi@premiumlauncher.com. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provision

We will make reasonable commercial efforts to provide access to the launch platforms and process your submissions. However, we do not guarantee approval of any specific launch, specific traffic numbers, conversion rates, or other outcomes. Each platform makes independent decisions about which launches to approve. Results may vary based on factors beyond our control.

7.2 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (social media, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA++ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal information including your name, email address, payment information, and launch details. We use this information solely to provide our services and communicate with you about your subscription and launches.

10. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

• Transactional emails (payment confirmations, status updates)
• Service notifications (benefit activations, dashboard alerts)
• Administrative messages (policy changes, service updates)
• Occasional marketing communications (new features, renewal reminders)

You may opt out of marketing communications but will continue to receive essential transactional and service-related emails.

11. Multiple Launches

You may launch multiple products through a single subscription. Each launch is treated independently and must comply with these Terms. Your subscription provides unlimited launches across all four platforms.

Violation of these Terms with respect to one launch may result in termination of your subscription and revocation of your license key.

12. Content Standards and Guidelines

All launched products and related content must meet our quality and ethical standards:

• Projects must be legitimate, functional, and actively maintained
• Content must be appropriate for a professional developer audience
• No misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices
• No promotion of gambling, adult content, or illegal substances
• No pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or get-rich-quick schemes
• No malware, viruses, or security threats
• Compliance with all applicable advertising regulations

We reserve the right to remove or refuse promotion of any project that violates these standards at any time without refund.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may terminate your account, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at hi@premiumlauncher.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve any concerns.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Premium Launcher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura++, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Content or information you provide for promotion
• Your launched project or website

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Premium Launcher regarding your use of the Platform and services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your subscription without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
